I recently brought my vehicle to this shop for some damage to my front and rear door which included, some dents, deep scratches, a missing door handle and side molding. One of the things attracted me to Autobody Unlimited was the fact that they are one of the few shops open on Saturday. Customer feedback and pictures were readily available on their website. They had experience repairing German cars and the owner, Roy, knew what type of work would be involved in repairing my vehicle and guaranteed his work. He assessed the damage and explained in full detail everything that he would be doing. I sat in his office as he calculated the estimate. One-by-one, he showed me what parts he was ordering and why he was ordering them.

 As far as price, I feel I got a good deal. I received four estimates. It would have been five, but for me, time is money and one of the shops insisted that I wait for them to finish lunch before getting an estimate. The highest estimate was from a shop that tried to convince me repairing the door to new or like-new condition was a pipe dream. The other three including Autobody Unlimited were all within $200 of each other. The quote from Autobody Unlimited was a few dollars higher than the lowest estimate, but the price was negotiable and what sealed the deal for me is that, again, they are open on Saturdays, which the others were not.

 The end result looks great. The vehicle looks brand new and there is not the slightest hint of damage. The paint matches perfect and the panel shape and alignment are precise. My vehicle was delivered to my on the exact day it was originally promised. They cleaned the car top to bottom and it looked as if it rolled off the showroom floor. I hope I never need bodywork done on my car again, but if I do, I will be bringing it back here.

  Autobody Unlimited was the correct choice for my Lexus repair.

  I thought my 2005 Lexus RX 330 would never be the same after it was rolled over. I considered repairing it, then trading it in for a new Lexus. After the vehicle was repaired, I kept the car because I could not tell the difference between my car and the cars at the Lexus dealership.

Very nice job, car turned out to be better than expected. You were highly recommended, now I know why because of the amazing quality. I have had bad experience in the past with insurance recommended shop, it was horrible, it took too long for receiving my car, and the office was very good at selling me there work but they weren’t helpful after my vehicle was in the shop. The finished work was not as I hope or was sold by the office. At your shop I paid out of my packet, and the received high quality work, and my vehicle was brought back to show room condition.

I was vary pleased the way you explain the repair processor, and how should I put an insurance claim to get my car fix right. And I did not have to go through my own Insurance Company, I don’t have to pay any deductible.
